TotalPDF Kit provides online tools for PDF file manipulation (conversion, compression, merging, splitting, etc.). The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Permitted Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Distribute viruses or any other harmful computer code.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
• Upload pornographic, violent, hateful content, or content that violates Google Publisher policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TotalPDF Kit and its licensors.

You retain all rights to the files you upload to the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TotalPDF Kit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
